from far away a distant sound
familiar and warm
white noise
echoing a life
of voices lost
beckoning me
singing softly wondrous notes
walking amongst us
in various forms
ethereal footsteps
echoes from on high
of sunrise and sunset
moments of darkness and light
of stillness and quiet
gratitude and plenty
so still, I listen
and I hear the angels sing

Just hauntingly, sadly beautiful! ❤️
Thank you, my dear! I once had a real life angel experience, someday I’ll tell you about it. So appreciate your support. ❤
Really lovely, Karen.
Thanks so much, Sue! They really do walk amongst us, don’t they? Happy Holidays to you and yours.
Maya Angelu`s (not sure if I spelled it right, but you know who I mean) position as poet laureate is in serious jeopardy if you ask me!
I don’t even know how to reply…you just brought tears to my eyes, serious, heartfelt tears. Thank you for your love and support. xoxo
This is a welcoming and caring example of how angels are in Heaven and on Earth. The poem was very special and lovely, thanks for this! Not only at Christmas, but angels surround us every day. The voices lost, to me are our loved ones that have gone before us… I love the message, my friend! Smiles, Robin
I’m baack! – after a construction emergency pulled me away. I actually had a real life angel experience. And while I believed before that encounter, my perspective on angels changed completely. Be well. ~Karen~
I think this is astounding, Karen! You should post about your angel experience! I feel angels and magical love from God, pouring out every day. I have only had one special message, that came from that cardinal. I believe you read and we ‘talked’ about this before. I just noticed your construction emergency and hope your building plans are falling into place, wishing that you were seeing the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ in your home! Would be so nice for you to ‘unpack your life’ (using your words on another post! Happy thoughts being sent on the wind towards you, Karen!
Thanks my friend! I will write about my angel experience in my book. I’ve actually had two – I feel very blessed to be “looked after” by them. Yes, I remember your cardinal! As for unpacking my life…I. can’t. wait. xo ~Karen~
